It is a 1950 pre-project in the form of a rectangular column with sketched inside planes. There are author’s notes in pencil on the planes.

The design is a hollow plaster cast. In the publication “Letnisko Milanówek 1899-1951” it also appears under the name Polska. According to the authors, it was supposed to be an element of the Triumphal Arch for the “Fight for the Independence of Poland”.
